Should I have bet more on the flop? Should I raise on the turn to see where I stand?

Yeah you have to bet that flop but if another diamond hits you can't be sure your Q is good as aces are common. I think you have to fold that turn though. The check call on the flop and then leading the turn looks like he may already have the flush, even if he doesnt and has paired the ace your queens are no good. No need to spew another 200 chips knowing it'll cost you more to see a showdown. There's nothing you're really drawing to either.

You fold 6:1 odds with a 4:1 chance of hitting the 3rd nut flush?

I play it the same as you did, but looking at it now (and getting to see the river bet) it definitely looks like he held Axo with the .

Also, , , or leaves you 3rd nut flush looking even more vulnerable, so I guess you could have folded to the turn bet, but like I said I wouldn't have.

I don't rate flushes very highly at all when there are 4 suited cards on the board. A lot of donks will play any ace so your king or queen high flush is no good. If you had two suited cards and hit the king high flush with 3 on the board it's a solid hand.
