What do you mean by unimproved on river? There's no guarantee you're beat. I think calling there is correct. In retrospect maybe you could've saved a bet on an earlier street.

Which street can I save a bet on?
I'm not giving him free cards when I have a pair of aces and believe its the best hand.

His raise on 5th is pretty strong considering you just caught an Ace. I'd call and check/fold 6th unimproved.

i'm with you. the only place i see where you save, is on the river. sometimes i'm too stubborn to even do that and pay it off mumbling under my breath how "rigged it is" knowing i'm behind.

when the villain reraises, what hands do you put him on?
do you feel like you're ahead at this point? is top pair best. what are you looking for to improve?

this just ended up being a tricky hand from your vantage-
looking at the villains door cards
    doesn't look like much
we saw a king fall on the flop. not much help
check raising me with an A?! you gotta be kidding, i have two As so chances of having the case under isn't good. but if he does hes showing K kicker. no chance of flush, maybe straight draw. still have to slow down though just in case of trip 2s or Ks(but not likely because we saw one die on the flop) 2 pair? maybe but doubtful.
doubting that villain was pushing an inside straight draw. no help that i can tell yet hes still betting and i drew a 2 so odds of villain having trips are a little less.

    tough hand to play.
    a lot can be hidden.

When you check raised if I had to guess your hand I would have said kings up I think. Definitely looks like 2 pair to me.

I hoped to catch Aces up to beat you but then didnt and thought lol pot odds so called 7th anyway.

yeah, and if my hand didn't improve by 5th i was dumping. all i really had if it doesn't improve is a pair of deuces. you already took one of my As and a K fell on the flop. when i pushed i figured i was ahead but when you called i put you on the AA and was afraid of you catching 2 Google Page Ranking. still had to push the last bets in though to try and eliminate you or cripple you by forcing the fold.
