Villains stats 24/5/0.65/21 hands
Given those stats a raise clearly means a big hand but it's only a small sample size. Is this fold standard or should I call and evaluate the turn?

Fuck that. I am shoving here. I say he is on the flush draw or has AJ.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

21 hands is way too small to use AF. He has probably literally called 3 bets and made 2 postflop so far.
Full ring I would fold here but at 6max I think KJ and AJ is too large a part of his range so I probably shove.

Yeah with only 21 hands he's still pretty much an unknown. Against such a player I shove that.
However if those stats were over 150 hands or so, I would be more worried. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Our equity isn't that great against his range of draws and shoving makes it easier for him to fold AJ considering our UTG raise before the bet/3-bet shove on the flop. I don't mind a fold here out of position. We're slightly ahead or way behind too much compared to the times we're (a) way ahead and (b) get called. But there is $14-$15 in the middle already, so maybe he is just committing himself with top pair to not get knocked off by a semibluff.
Outside of a big combo draw, I think that this is the least we can profitably 3-bet shove here.
