I'm not going to give everyone's stats but let's just say my raises were getting fuck all respect.
v 3 opponents I'm very rarely, if ever betting this flop, should I bet the turn and/or river for value?

I might throw out a little $3 bet on the river but in a 4 way pot I don't think checking loses you a huge amount of value.
I also wouldn't cbet this flop into 4 people or bet the turn personally.

This is exactly how I would play it jharding. If they are willing to let you check to the river for free then what the hell. Sometimes you still win this hand but otherwise if anyone raises this is the perfect spot to throw away KK.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

I play exactly the same until the river. I bet out pot.
I think if someone has an ace they are betting that flop or turn, bb especially doesn't have an ace. If you bet pot it will stink of a bluff and alot of midpairs are going to call you out I think. This is even more so if they haven't been respecting your raises.
I also think it protects your hands in a way. They are seeing you bet that river without a monster, and they will remember that. Next time you have a monster on the river, bet pot and they will be jumping all over you.
I think you get called enough by junk that you make up for running into the (badly) slowplayed ace.For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Have I not telegraphed my hand too much here to bet the river? Isn't it too easy for someone to bluff raise me with mid pairs if I bet? It will be far easier to call a bet than a raise.

you played it fine, but I like a turn bet.
