Is that a min raise UTG with QTo? You lost t160 more than you should have here.

Okay, 1st..
Despite the results here many things are wrong here.
Early in a tournament you are usually better served folding this with your 1k chipstack. ( I won't ask how you've lost 1/3 of your stack in the 10/20 level.)
If you do decide to raise NEVER EVER EVER raise the minimum to open a pot. Raise it 3-4 times the BB.
Now once the flop comes you can't be happy that you have 3 callers. I wouldn't be putting much into this pot at all at this point. DEFINITELY don't raise here. with 4 people in the pot there is one hand you can really beat and that's j/10 (or a moron playing 7/10)
The turn is an okay card giving you a straight draw but you have to realize that in a multiway pot you are almost guarenteed that someone is on a flush draw.. so your jack of spades is a dead card.
Fold the turn. There isn't much that could come to make you feel good about your hand. The queen would be a really bad card giving any jack the straight. The 10 of spades gives the flush. you are drawing to MAYBE to the last 10 if no one has a bigger kicker than you already or a made straight.
I know this is a lot to think about in the short span of playing a hand but with time you'll begin to realize these kinds of things.. you have to think to yourself : What can I beat??

Gotta agree with everyone else, you shouldn't be playing Q10 UTG here and especially not for a min-raise.

Fold preflop.
On the flop. There's 180 in the pot. Don't entice action. You're out of position in a family pot. Calling put in tough spots on future streets and your raise was so small that, you effectively just called and didn't protect your hand or find out where you were at. Raise it up to like 160 to take it down. If you get action, you'll have to shut down unless you improve.
As played, your turn raise is pointless again.
