Can we just ban everyone who doesn't use a converter?
Too harsh? k.For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

But what would I do with my days then? I'd have to actually do some work instead of pissing about on this site and be destined to suck at poker for all eternity.

The Hand Converter is linked in the Sticky.
People just don't read Sticky's.
About a year ago, I even changed the title to "READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST HANDS FOR ANALYSIS!!!"

I always use the one that Kid posted about a while back, works fine on FTP, the first one in the list DaFish posted.
