Default All-in with overpair after a paired flop

I use this all-in strategy after the flop often with overpairs because
I don't want my opponent to draw out on me with something like
AK or QK ... was this the right play?

    Welcome to the forums.

One thing though, use a hand history converter to make it easier for us to read, there's a good one here:

    http://www.learnhowtoplaypokerfree.c...okerforums.cgi

As for the hand, I'm guessing this is a heads-up tourney? If so, I think preflop is fine (granted I'm no HU expert).

On the flop I prefer betting out 2/3 pot and calling a push. If he calls, I get it all in on any turn card.

It's understandable to be wary of overcards drawing out on you but all you need to do is deny them correct odds for calling. Pushing all in will get alot of weak hands to fold while a 2/3 bet might get hands like AK etc. to call. This, in the long run, is profitable for you. You will inevitably lose the odd one but that's poker. Try not to let a bad beat get you down, just maximise your profit and eventually (apparently ) you'll see the profit.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

HU, you should be CB'ing 800 on the flop and calling a push.

You want to cut the hand in half, but lower paired boards are good for almost any pocket pair and especially in these freezeout type formats, you want to give you opponent the oppurtunity to shove the hands you have dominated. You made it way too easy for him to fold 22-77 here or even try to bluff A9/AT.

I'll tell you straight up, he never has AK/AQ here. He'd've taken the chance to shove preflop.
