    Villain is laggy donkish, 58/20/5. He insta bet every street here, I just gave him no credit, do you guys agree with this play?

    If you think he's on a stone cold bluff, consider check-calling turn and river. This play is OK also though.

    And give a river where we only get paid if he outdraws us? This guy's bad enough to call with a flush draw and a pocket pair/air is getting checked behind on the river. I like the way it was played.

    Because he won't take a free river with anything. He can't resist firing a second bullet and that's our value from air. We can invite a shove from a combo draw raising the flop combined with set/2pair/outkicked situations puts us in a tougher spot. I don't mind check/calling as you suggest, but I think seeing how he follows up on the turn is telling. If this is the same guy from the JJ thread, shoving a pot-sized bet on the turn is easy money for us.

    Yeah it was the same guy.
