Yes, too aggressive. There is no need to be pushing here. Your stack is low and I understand that you don't want to get left behind but the blinds are also still small. With an M of almost 10 I'd want TT+ or AQ+ to open push here.

This is an easy push, no matter how tight or loose he plays.

Your answer made me check out what SngWiz thinks of it. To make this a push his calling requirements have to be as tight as only calling with the top 8% of hands i.e. 66+ AT+ and AJs+. To say it doesn't matter how loose he is is terrible advice imo

You have a typo somewhere? What minimum edge % are you using?

Check it with Sng-PT. This push earns $$ every time you do it, and against any calling range. It isn't necessarily the optimal play, but it's a profitable one. I don't see many alternatives here, you could complete but what you gonna do if he shoves or raises, fold? If I'm the BB and you complete, I'll almost certainly raise or even push with atc.

Not necessarily an obvious shove but I probably do it here.

I figured this was a border line decision, and the replies in this thread pretty much confirm it.

I think it's a matter of how aggressive he is. If he's aggressive, limp-shoving a raise to 300-450 and folding to a raise to 500 isn't bad. If he's flop-happy, you can shove, but the limp and lead any flop for 150 works well here. If he's conservative, raise to 300. He isn't capable of restealing you just yet.
