Do you guys think its better to just to bet out on flop here? Sometimes I find early in a SNG there are too many calling stations and its better to keep pot small and wait until the turn card before trying to pick up the pot.

With a mid pair with two others in the pot, I probably just want to bet this flop most of the time and see where I stand, I wouldn't want to see another overcard on the turn and as it stands, your tens do have some value at this point. I definately will through it in the mix when I feel like I'm getting floated/my bets are getting called with crap too often.
I think I'd prefer this with a hand like AK or AJ where I can take a free card to 6 outs along with a chance to take away the pot on the turn with a delayed continuation bet.Could god microwave a burrito so hot, that he himself could not eat it?

I agree with Weaktight's reasoning.
That's definitely a flop you want to CB, you need to know where you stand and letting a card come off will just make this harder IMO. It also looks quite weak and you'll find yourself getting bluffed out alot of the time. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

I think a bet is mandatory here, esp. since you took the lead preflop.

If you're not going to c-bet this flop, there's no need to raise PF, IMO.

Maybe I'm transparent in my play, but 80-90% of the time, I'm c-betting a Broadway+x+x board when I raised PF.
If you are one in a million, there's eight just like you in Manhattan.
