UTG 45/20/1
only approx 50 hands on UTG so take the above for what its worth although he appeared to be your typical Crypto 6max donk who was destined to either bust me or double me up very shortly, no middle grounds with him.
MP was only at table for a few hands.
scold me on my play on all streets and enlighten me as to my river play.

This is what i would do
Pf- reraise more, to about 10-12
Flop, i like the c-bet and the two callers means most likely you were beat on th eflop
turn- same
river- how much do you have left at this point? around 58 right? I raise all in or bet around 30, watching the guy with the flush draw to fold and the guy with K J/ K 10 to call you and pwnin. I dont see any of them with AK here.
Of course, i'm a noob, so take my advice with a grain of salt .

Pre flop - fine
Flop - I don't like the CB v 2 opponents out of position on this board.
Turn - fine
River - I shove because I think you'll get called by any K and enough of the time this won't be AK. You may even get called by AJ/AT if they're bad enough.

I bet out or shove, it's too risky to check since they might just check behind. I don't put anyone on AK here given your reads.

postflop action looks like the hands that are paying off are Ax. it doesn't look like anyone has a king here. i would bet 25-30 and hope ax calls

I don't cb on that flop against 2 opponents, I'm check/folding.
The rest is fine and I bet 30 on that river, Ax will call and the K will stack off. If you shove I think you miss out on alot of value from Ax hands. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
