Pot odds are massively in my favour here especially considering we know villain is likely to be pushing ATC before its the big stacks BB next hand.
Obviously this isn't the only consideration on the bubble.
If I call and lose I've got 1300 chips compared to the short stack on 930 so it's not a case of win or bust yet. If your choice is fold here, how many chips do you think you need to have to make this call?
If I call and win I've got approx 3.5k and am also certain to get heads up.
