Default WWJD #2.

BB is a huge donk, he's calling by bet with anything resembling a hand, i wouldn't be surprised to see ace high or any kind of pair or draw. UTG is new to the table.

Pots too big to fold right? Raise more preflop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: ITH Forums)

UTG ($52.25)
MP ($87.20)
Button ($49)
Hero ($108.65)
BB ($60.55)

Preflop: Hero is SB with , .
UTG raises to $2, 2 folds, Hero raises to $6.5, BB calls $6, UTG calls $4.50.

Flop: ($19.50) , , (3 players)
Hero bets $16, BB calls $16, UTG raises to $45.75, Hero raises to $102.15, BB calls $38.05 (All-In).

Turn: ($221.45) (3 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($221.45) (3 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $221.45

im assuming that im missing something about this NL game that im trying to get into.....

is this not, like, an auto call?

bb has 2 cards and utg is unknown but im still calling.

pf, knowing that bb will prob call anything, id raise it up more hoping to get hu against him and knock utg out.

in saying that, the one thing i have learned from playing NL today is that KK and AA never win so id prob just fold pf

KK has been rough to me lately so Im definately getting scared of it. I think flop is easier call, and i agree i think I should have raised more preflop.

On the flop I believe this is an instant call.

Preflop reraise is fine IMO.

Given the BB's donkeyness I go broke so fast here. But I always run into sets though so...

With your read it looks fine. Against unknown opponents, KK is foldable in that spot. The flop is extremely nasty for an overpair. With the turn and river cards, I don't really see how you could NOT be beat

It takes a huge hand for UTG to raise this flop after you lead and BB calls. I fold to the raise.
