No need to raise it here PF. You're still in the first level...no need to get in a really murky situation.

Seanny is correct here. No need to raise medium strength hands out of position. If we were OTB or CO it would be good to raise.

I think you played it fine though. When the SB bets min, he is most likely trying to buy a card. Also, when a blnk comes, and he bets that is not a flush IMO. IT might be like two pair, or pair + draw.

IMO if he had flush, he would chek raise the turn. Or he might Reraise you on flop (most fish will just call though). So IMO a scary line from vaillain would be bet min, call, then on turn check raise.

Regardless of line he takes, I am rarely gunna give any one credit, and will usually get my $ in w/ 3 flush cards. 4 FLush cards, and I muck like 90% of time.

This is a opinion you guys stick 2 the TaG play I have been to 7 final tables in 21 event's so far and won 2800$ in tournament winning's with only 656$ buy in fee counting the 100K event I played today, sadly no cash in this event.

My theory on these tournament's is their is way more fish in these tourny's then in ring gamnes espically in the beginning, I like 2 see alot of flop's even call 2-3bb raises from any positon with any 2 cards in level 1 and 2 if I hit I can get them 2 bluff off their chips or call me down with the best hand.

In the middle stages of the tourny I play really tight and atleast once attempt 2 steal the blinds in late postion showing a weak hand 2 the table and hoping they think im stealing when I pop them with a hand.

When I get near the money, I accelerate a bit make alot of steal attempt's and get alot of blinds due 2 people trying 2 cash. (Although I have bubbled twice doing this with a short stack and medium sized stack thinking that noone wants to bubble they wont call with a marginal hand) Also thinking they think since Im short stacked I woudnt move all in unless i had big hand cuz im 1 spot away from cashing, some reverse psychology there. I play to win not cash although in my 7 final tables I have had some shitty mistakes on my part.

1st 1850$
2nd 350$
3rd 440$
4th 100$
7th twice DONT remember low amount
and 8th llike 90$

When I get 2 the final Table it's ball's 2 the wall's espically if Im im a little below the middle of the field.

Players are all thinking about " 2 more spot's gone I get 400$ more dollers im only gonna play high Pocket pair's" they all play scared including "Most" bigstacks who dont want to make marginal calls doubling up the short stacks.

Im not saying your wrong or right it's a opinion but I would like 2 hear your guys strategy's and tournament result's, obviously someone is gonna say 21 tourny's isnt enough to base my play, that's fine then what is a reasonable amount of tourny's 2 grade my play.

This isn't an MTT. It looks like a 6-man SNG. No one limp/folds in SNG's unless it commits their stack. I call the turn and call most bets on the river.
