Sorry I don't have the EXACT hand history, but it's from UB. I use PO instead of PT, so I don't have the Ultimate History tool.
Anyway, this is almost 100% exact, aside from a few chips here and there.
These types of spots are where I'm attempting to improve my SNG game the most. It's the bubble, we're down to 4 in a $10 10-man Turbo.
Blinds are 150-300.
Button (ME) 4200
SB 1600
BB 2700
UTG 6500
I'm dealt A9o on the button and make a standard raise to 900. The SB folds and the BB (who now has 2400 behind) pushes.
I had been fairly aggressive raising every button and he finally pushed back. The blinds were going to escalate in under a minute so I felt he was just making a move.
I ran some Pokerstove numbers and determined I was 54/46 against his range (any pair, any ace, any king, any two broadway). There was now 3750 in the pot, and it cost me 1500 to make the call. That's 2.5:1 and I am a favorite.
Is this too small of a +EV edge to call his all-in?
And for what it's worth, I DID win the hand. He turned over 88 and I spiked a 9 on the flop but I'm trying not to be results oriented here.

If your calling the all-in from the largest stack left to act, why not push rather then make a 3x raise?

Huh? The big stack folded.

UTG folds right?
Bubble situation:
You cover both blinds left to act and the biggest stack either of them have is 9BB. If either of them call and lose to you they bubble.
You should push all in with any 2 cards, and I mean any 2 cards.

Gotcha, Maf.
Yeah, to both, I guess in hindsight, should've just pushed. Throw my weight around, but as played it's standard right?BOSS

Yeah. Any 2'll do here.
The BB just can't call you. If he wins, he's not guaranteed anything. There's still a big stack on his right and 2 small stacks pushing into him. The SB's not calling much either. You need to be pushing with the effective stacks this small. I'd make the standard raise with maybe 88+/AJ+ at worst to get a worse hand to push, but you're not really fooling anyone with that. They know you're not folding.
