i think it was, but i don't like the min-raise pre-flop. I would of prefered a $400-$500 raise preflop instead of the little raise you did.

In this case I maybe raise it a bit more to say $400. If he calls, it is an easy flop push imo as he has ~$800 into a pot of the same size.
As played, his stack is small enough that any bet will commit you, the money's going in so you may as well put it there imo.
Haynesey, it wasn't a min-raise. The pot is $130 at this point and he raised $200 which is fairly standard, just I'd raise a bit more. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

If thats 40FPP buy in I am guessing its equivalent to about a $1 tournie in which case I think play is fine.
If it was $100 buy in I would try to avoid getting my whole stack in with just QQ preflop or as an overpair to the flop during the first blind level vs an unknown.

sorry, i read it wrong. You raised correctly IMO. I think the play was completely correct. But in the first level, i like to play fairly loose, possibly even limping with queens ETC. and try to catch trips etc. and take a huge pot.

well if you want to do that you can. What i'm saying is play loosely and wait to hit a monster on the first level/second level, the donks will call with middle pair etc.
I always use this tactic and works for me. I notice with queens/kings/ace most players will win a small pot or lose a massive pot.
