Structure: Aight I have average stack if not below. (30 blinds). Fairly early in MTT, maybe 90 entrants, top 8 or 9 get 200$ chip. 10th gets like 17 pennies.

1. I'd go for, say, 80% limps and 20% raises here

2. cb for 2/3 pot or so.

3. How much was the raise? I'd probably call and re-evaluate the turn.
