Bit of an over-raise IMO, if he has sucked out then hes going to call you anyway. Id prefer a strong pot sized bet if it was me, that way hell define his hand to you and you can go from there.

I'm prolly raising it to $350-$400 PF.
I like the flop play with those stack sizes, push his bitch bet.
