I put out a feeler bet on the river rather than check (and fold to any reraise)

Folding was the best choice there. What there was 600 in the pot when bishaler went all in with his 1925? Not really worth it especially since he most likely was slow playing his full house to try and get some more chips in the pot.

A feeler bet isn't a bad idea either, to see how strong your hand is. If he did come back over the top for all his chips, still a pretty easy hand for you to get away from. Those are scary cards to risk over 1900 with just two pair. Really nothing wrong with a fold in that situation.

I don't like a feeler bet either, you only get called by a better hand. I just check this down and hope I get lucky and no one has anything.

    +1

If you bet and are called, you will be beat
If you bet and are raised, you have to fold
If you have the best hand, everyone is folding to a bet and you win no more than by checking.

Bet is -EV, check and hope IMO
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
