How do you play this? My flop raise was pretty weak, I should have raised to ~7.5. How do you play the turn?

Villain was 17/8 with vpip of 17. I am almost positive he had a higher flush, was this a +EV fold?

I have no idea how to play these hands, tp with marginal kicker, assume villain is standard 30/20 for this level. Any suggestions?
