Not a lot you can do.
Excepts ask yourself why he is check raising on that board, very very tough to laydown since many times your ahead.

By only betting $20 into a $290 pot, you can't know.
Bet $250 on the flop. This will make it easier to lay it down when he check/raises you all in. It's still a world class fold if you can make it but betting more can make it easier.

You could play it slow and check behind, but getting it all-in on the flop isn't bad either, that's what I do most of the time. The 20 chip bet is no good though

If you dont mind, what exactly were you thinking when you made that flop bet of 20? You didnt want him to fold or what?

A c-bet should be no less than 2/3 the size of the pot.
Also, not much you can do as he's a donk for calling a 6x PFR will 33.

In tournament play, a CB is 40-67% of the pot depending on the texture of the flop, not ~7%.
In level 1, you don't know enough about your opponents and the stacks are too deep to CR, IMO. There also too bad to be leading out for less than 60% on this flop. That said, I don't know anyone who's not going broke here.
