I have about 3500 in chips
Player #1 has about 3000
Player #2 has 1500
Blinds are 30/60
Player #1 is on the button, SB posts, BB posts
First player after BB limps
Second player after BB (Player #2) limps, pot is now 210
I'm next to act, I have 2h2d, I raise to 360
Everyone folds around to the button
Player #1 (Button) calls
SB folds
BB folds
first limper folds
Player #2 calls, pot is now 1110
flop comes Qc Jd 2s
Player #2 checks
I check
Player #1 checks
Turn Jh
Player #2 checks
I check
Player #1 bets 120
Player #2 folds
I reraise all in for 3020 more
Player #1 calls with Kh JavaScript
River = Ks
The only thing I can think of that I did wrong is I should have moved all in on the flop... but why do that with no flush or straight out there?... and I think they both put me on A high anyways so button might have called with middle pair, ending up catching miracle runner runner anyways.

Did I play this wrong?

I'd limp along preflop, you dont have very good position and you can just limp for set value. On the flop if you hit a set, on a board like that its almost certain that someone else has flopped something along with you, I'd bet maybe 3/4 of the pot to make someone with a straight draw pay for it and hope for action against someone who has hit this flop.
Since you raised, I would not check this flop. When someone raises preflop and then checks on the flop, alarm bells ring off that this guy has a monster. Bet maybe 1/2 - 3/4 of the pot and hope someone puts you on a continuation bet and raises you with a Q or a J. Also, checking can give free cards to someone with K10, 910, AK, A10, etc.. to hit a straight and bust you.Could god microwave a burrito so hot, that he himself could not eat it?

Honestly I doupt it would have change something, but definately you should havce be that flop...
Its almost sure somebody has a pair or a good draw and you want to build the pot when you are still the front runner + you want mid Pocket to pay if they want to hit their sets.
That said with a standard bet KJ would have probably called and then be really happy with the turn and then break your ass on the river... soo... no need to worry to musch about the hand, but try to be a bit more agressive with future botom sets. same for 2 low pairs...

You do have choices on the flop besides checking and pushing all in. Making a bet that's a decent chunk of the pot size (say, half to two-thirds) will chase away any draws and maybe get player #1 to fold (he only has second pair at this point, any queen beats him) while still allowing some hands worse than yours to stick around and give you more chips.
