I wish you would have re-raised preflop. There's almost a sixth of your stack out there waiting to be picked up, and I bet an all in looks fishy enough that you might get a good range of whupped / coinflip hands to call.

Can I get some more context here? Is this a sit and go? MTT?

The turn play ... what was your goal with the check? What was the motivation behind the flat call? I'm not necessarily criticizing those plays, I'd just like to hear more about what you were looking to accomplish with them. On the turn, the button bet is so weak (and the pot is so big relative to your stack) that I think you need to make a stronger move than just calling.

This was a STT...I like to play them tight early, and did not want to risk bumping into aces, kings, or queens. After all UTG had raised 4xBB so he should have a hand. I played it passively because I could not put the button on any hand. Had no idea whether I was beaten or not (minbet could be a suck bet) and wanted to see cheap showdown.

I guess nobody here could possibly guess his hand without looking at the results... ?

I'll put him on, at best, Ah6x. If he's chasing 4 to the nut flush, he'll probably raise the flop. Most at this level do.

I think you really need to make some kind of bet on the turn. Either lead out and see if he raises you, or CR him. He could be thinking you bet your draw and hit but bets anyway to see if you got it. A CR can really look like you hit the flush and can unless he hit it, it's yours. I really hate the check-calling on every street.
