Default ATo in the Cutoff, HoH-3 Problem #13

Going through HOH-3 for the second time, many hands I had problems with I understand now but I still stumble across a few weird hands such as this one.

Single-table online tournament. Blinds $25/$50, Stack sizes about $1500 for the relevant players.

Player B from UTG+1 calls (no info on him). All others fold to me, in the cutoff seat. I have

and call. SB folds, BB checks.

    Flop comes

BB checks, Player B bets $100, pot is now $275, so he bet about half the pot.

    What do you do?

Harrington wants to call here, partially because he is afraid of the BB. I dont see what the BB could possibly have, he must be put on a random hand (two checks so far!) so he is a huge underdog in this hand (on average). So I definitely want to raise here. I also want to make sure BB doesnt stick around with middle pair or a draw- getting such good odds to call behind. IMO if you play a hand weakly you should rather fold it PF.

    Default

I'm guessing a flush/straight draw, partially because thats how much i would bet if i had a flush draw, with a pair i wouldnt have bet that much unless i have an Ace, i dont think he would have bet that much if he caught a two pair or set because he'd want to keep you in the hand. I would reraise and if he calls tone it down a bit.
