I think it all has to do with your reads on the villian, if you don't think they'll call if they hit the 10, and you're pretty sure no one has an ace then you made a good play. Unfortunately, it didn't work in this case and you got called by 2nd pair.
Could god microwave a burrito so hot, that he himself could not eat it?
