Are these single table SNGs?
1st hand:
That reraise in the 1st hand is really pretty worthless.
Either call and play for trips (I would with blinds at this level and early stage of tourney)
Or if you want to play fast and get rid of people preflop then raise to 3-4x initial raise.
2nd hand:
Looks good if thats the way your playing JJ

You played the 2nd hand perfectly.
The first hand...I don't see anything wrong with how you played that either. You just got called by a donk who was too stupid to be on a poker table. I mean, that guy had nothing--he wasn't even playing high card. He didn't have a draw. Problem is, those types of ppl get lucky at an alarming rate.

Early in a big field, I like it. You're paying a microscopic entry fee to go deep and gain experience and doubling up early is key to that when you're gonna be laying dow in a lot of family pots in these stages before or on the flop. You got heads up, hit good flops, and kept your role as the aggressor.
I like the way you played the second hand becasue he would've called your all in on a flush draw and you preserved your chips whil forcing to pay for 1 card, not 2, and pushed hard when the flush missed the turn making him over pay for one more card. I prefer this over your play in the 1st hand.
