OK I start to understand when to attack with what, but what do I need to defend my BB? Of course the odds are tempting in the example below, however I'm out of position. Was it a bad laydown?

Thanks Alex. I watched Raymer online and he was folding similar hands as well, despite being chip leader.
However what's your play here with
KQs?

99-22, AQ, AJs, and KQ, I'll take a flop and give respect to the raiser. Pot's not big enough to stretch the e-penis over. Raymer's an excellent preflop player from what I've seen. He gets aggressive if he's gonna play most of the time to end it PF when antes are out there for grabs. Online, pushing is almost the only way to take a raiser off their hand when they raise which is why I don't re-steal very much online.
