I posted almost the same hand earlier
I pushed it too
Here you have 2 opponents so I like the push even more, you have to get rid of at least one

I just didn't know if it was too early in the tournament to push.

IMO push is not dependent on the stage (correct me if I'm wrong) but only the situation. I don't mind pushing the very first hand in any tourney. It's fun to double up with aces against queens or even complete garbage. Much better than pushing aces late in the tourney (My aces got killed by QJs, can you imagine how much I *HATE* this guy??? this was before the final table 180-men...after 3 hours or something)

AK is not a pocket pair
I'd raise, but definately see the turn first.

You have 3 kings that improve your hand, 3 aces and 9 spades. I make that 15 outs. Your going to hit this by the river and hopefully win if a pair of kings is good enough over 60% of the time...
I had this exact hand earlier in a cash game against 2 opponents cepts it was clubs instead of spades, and the board came 782 I had AKs and pushed all in, an opponent called with 44 and I hit a king on the turn stacking the guy.

I like playing people that play AK like a pocket pair. It is a drawing hand, and in this case you have none of the flop.
I don't use calculations, but I would call with a made-flush on the flop, up against a nut flush draw.
I guess that's why they call it gambling.

How can you have a made flush on that board, after the flop?
