Amazing hand to burst the bubble...
We're playing a 10 person live tourney last night; top three cash. Playing four handed action gets around to the big blind after we all call... but he raises all in. Me and another guy fold...the small blind calls. They flip over their cards and its AJ versus KK.
Flop comes and brings an Ace and 2 blanks. The whole table's hovering over both guys and patting the guy with aces on the back. Turn brings another Ace and the guys are going bananas on how he's busted the kings.
He's practically gathering his chips when dealer flips over the river...you guessed it, a King! Everyone goes nuts! Full house on basically 2 outs left in the deck. The guy with trips is devastated....he busts out on the bubble and the rest of us ended up cashing.
Happy I was out of that hand. Such crazy excitement with the ups and downs. That was an amazing board and quite the appropriate hand to burst any bubble. What a way to exit a tourney!
