Default Ever Had Multiple Soul Crushing beats in a row?

I'm going to quit poker goddam it. Here's my bitch fest: 3 soul-crushing beats in a row.

SNG #1

Pick up on the button, bunch of callers around, decide to see the flop for only 15 chips (10/15 blinds - level 1). Flop comes

UTG bets about 1/2 the pot, 5 callers, of course I call. Turn comes:

Giving me top pair with the flush draw. UTG bets all in, I put him on AJ, everyone folds around to me, I call. Yup he's got

He's got 3 outs, so I'm 93% to win. River comes

SNG 1 over.

SNG #2.

First hand. Pick up on the button. MP raises to 3x bb, CO calls, I reraise to 12x bb, both call. Flop comes:

I jump all in, expecting both to call and triple up. Only MP calls, turns over

He's got 2 friggin outs. I'm 90% to win. Turn comes blank, river comes

SNG #2 over.

SNG #3. About the middle of it. I've got an average chip stack. Calling station on my right. I'm on the button, folds around to him, he raises to 2x bb. I have

Figure if I hit a hand, he'll pay me off big time. I call, blinds fold.

Flop comes

He bets 1/3 the pot, I raise to 1.5 times the pot. He calls.

Turn comes

He checks, I go all in. Praying for a call. He calls with

He's got 8 outs, I'm 82% to win (same as AA vs. KK preflop).

River comes

Giving him the straight to the 7.

SNG #3 over.

I'm going to go shoot myself now. Or at least take a break for a day.

Jason,

It gets better.............then it gets worse..................then it gets better..................then it....well you get my point.

Keep an even keel. Just keep on grinding it out.

is that all?

Noobs.

Wait till that shit happens 8 times in a row, the ninth things finally go your way, you make one bluff on a flop of 9JT and get called by 22.

Then the beats start back up.

Chin up man. Your ROI dropped to what? 57% now? You are doing well, bad beats are a big part of SnGs.

I will tell you: that is sick. I feel nautious from reading it. Q7 my favorite. Tilt it away i say. go to a 1$ game and play like the rest of the ideots.

Yeah, I tilted away more like $200 (which takes a while to do at the $20/2 SNG's).

At the beginning of the day yesterday, I knew I wasn't going to bring my "A" game (got some bad family news the night before that had me really upset even though at the time I didn't want to admit it). I considered just taking the day off and relaxing to get my mind back, but decided I needed to "plow through it" by doing my routine. Then I hit these beats in my first 3 SNG's. Then proceeded to tilt off way too much money.

Finally, I decided the only way to get it out of my system was to post it up here and bitch. I've taken worse single beats, and had longer "bad beat" streaks (but the beats weren't "soul crushingly" bad), but these just came at an already fragile time.

Took today off, going to New York tomorrow for a week. That should cure things.
