You got yourself into trouble by calling the all-in on the turn. There is a good chance you are drawing dead. Although, a set may not be likely considering he just called your bet on the flop.

I disagree AT. If he had Ax , I'm very sure he would have raised this PF. This guy played almost every ace as if it was AA PF. I was nearly certain he wasn't holding higher flush. Likewise, I was almost certain he hit trips. "Perfect" I thought. I was in great shape if that was the case. And it was, and I was. But then the boat of pain...

It's kind of hard(at least for me) to put a guy on trips vs. a boat when there is a pair on the board. Due to your read, you can exclude the Ace, but I didn't know about that while reading the original post.

I'm thinking if he has the house, he's going to raise on the flop. Without the read on him,
I could lay this down and not have second thoughts.

I fold when I have a strong feeling I am beaten. Without my "any ace is great" read on lalch, I most likely would have folded.
