I guess I should have been more specific with my question.

What kind of call is that on his part? Would anyone of you have callled that?

Well initially I agreed with you that this was a bad beat when all I saw was that you lost to a better kicker. A second read through revealed that he was, in fact, the chip leader giving him a little more freedom to do such things. Second, he has a flush draw. Your initial raise can be interpretted as either a bait or you are simply feeling out the field. (The latter it would seem is what you were doing) After Rothman re-raised Ramon merely calls. From this you have correctly assessed that neither Rothman nor Ramon have an ace. Your all-in bet doesn't make sense though because if you do in fact have an ace yourself then you likely just call and try to reel them in. So Rothman lays down his hand (probably containing a king or queen) which leaves just Ramon. Ramon is assessing you at not an ace or pocket pair likely for reasons similar to my own. He probably thinks you either have a King or you have a 4. In both situations he can hit either of his cards or the final part of his flush to win. That gives him 2 draws for his 15 outs. Add to that the fact that he already has won money in the tournament that his wife might be calling him for supper or that his dog needs a walk and you have yourself a call.

He was on flush draw but just super funny how you got outkicked. That hand is absolutely hilarious. What were you thinking?
