get it in with aces about 30mins into a tourney. flop comes 867 I shove flop with AA and it holds.
about 45mins later
I have a 16k stack. avg stack is 8k. someone raises UTG I repop og raiser shoves. I call. he has QQ I have AA and of course flop comes heart heart heart and he has 1 heart and gets there on the river. I win that im making a deep run in that bitch. brutal

That's a tough way to lose, but at least it was only 30 mins into the tourney. You had a nice stack too, so it must have been the two chip leaders at the table going head to head.

Hey Garage. I play mainly on Stars at the moment. People talk about how tough it is and there are some v good players on there but with that amount of traffic there are a good deal of fishy players too. I am from UK so after black Friday didn't know where you guys were mainly playing. I guess now there are sites that take American players they will start to get a large amount of traffic.

I used to play a good amount of tourneys back then, Had tough breaks here and there. Just waned to share with you all to remind how donkaments sometimes are.

Yeah there is a lot of variance in donkaments, I try to find the ones with slower blinds so I won't be forced to make tough decisions early in the tournaments.

Poker is this kind of game. Sometimes when my cards are running, i am like, well it is skill. However if they are not running everything else is rigged.. hehe. you guys know what I mean?
How long you have played? I have played like 2 months, kind of just came from army draft.
