You hear me harping on you guys about welcoming the bad beats. This is where I learned it. It allowed me to focus, and stay calm through the worst times in poker. It also helps to say "Nice hand nemo". They think your complementing them.

I think everyone needs some help at some point about this topic
It's also important to remember that there are other things in your life besides poker. Other things you need to do, to enjoy, and to love. When you put poker #1 on your list, it's really easy for it to control your life and your emotions.

Yeah, like the amazon Kindle.
My wife picked up a Kindle couple years ago, and we liked it. Then I got my Iphone. The kindle app on there is awesome. You can also get a Kindle app for your PC, and read them there. All free. Well the actual kindle isn't free, but the phone/pc apps are. There are A LOT of decent books that are free for the kindle too. A lot of books that aren't too. Check it out.Marm is back, maybe. Yep, the e-reader is one of the greatest things ever invented. Mine also has the internet on it, but I can't play poker, just stuff like facebook, pokerforums, and e mail. I have well over 1000 books on mine, and all kinds of great music.
