I flopped the nuts, slow played it to succer him in. Perhaps I should have played more aggressively but I don't think he would have folded.

You didn't slowplay, though you did bet smallish. Worst river card ever, I think folding is fine here since your hand just got turned into a bluffcatcher. After he shoves, it just doesn't seem worth it to call.
I'd pot the flop, as you want value from QQ+, Jx, flushdraws, and possible peeling Aces. I'm not one for donking leading, but CO doesn't know how to bet so I think it's fine in this case. Turn I'd still bet a pretty good amount, hoping he'll call FD's and weak Jx's, and shove a strong Jx (and sometimes a passively played KK).

I got away from a hand cheap, that ended up being a sick river card. I hate JJ so please don't jump on me about preflop play for this hand.

3betting JJ really is situational dependant, so no problem there.
Flop, I think checking is best as MP1 is going to cbet a good range. I really do NOT like getting sandwiched in between two raisers, so I don't mind folding unless they're both complete idiots.

I had the A5 pegged!, But was unsure if the other player had A4 or AA-KK. Turned out I was right that I was dominated but slightly off on his range. Overall though I try to not play JJ OOP ever unless I can easily get away from them.
