There was a guy at my table that lost a huge hand. This put him at under 1K chips with chip average around 3.5K.
Then he shoves everyhand with ATC.
He doubled up with 8-9os vs AJ
Then eliminated a player with A-2 vs KQ (rivered the 3outer Ace when KQ had hit a pair on flop)
Then seeing how wide his range was I called him and was eliminated.
Hero (A-7) Villan (A-4)
This guy is now sitting around 10K and im out of yet another tourn loosing to a dominated hand. Does anyone else find that it is always a dominated hand that eliminates you? Not making a bad call

Daily Dollar BS

A friend convinced me to register for the daily dollar , he qualified for the turbo TT (that's like 6 AM) on stars and told me "come on , it will be fun" . Somewhat two hours in the tournament and above average stack I notice that there is a long way (timewise) just to make the money (10 or 20 something) . So on 50% of hands I started raising 666 or 123 just for the fun of it and finally raising my stack leaving 3 chips behind .
Point being , some players register just for fun . Once they assess the value of the tournament they will gamble a lot. Run A7o in stove vs random , it's not the best call vs ATC .Last edited by B2BAces; 12-16-2010 at 01:18 AM.

I realise its not the best call (probably why I am on a loosing streak), just odd how someone can shove with ATC a few hands in a row and get called every hand... only to win every time.
But yes, the daily dollar is a grind. Probably 3-4 hours to make the money with payouts only being around $2-4$ until almost Final Table. I play it because I can buy tickets with points.
