Seriuosly, It seems over the last 5K hands if I put my money in good then I get stacked. I understand that part of this is because I started playing lower stakes when I started running bad. At lower stakes people won't fold anything and are far luckier than me.. but this is getting ridiculous

To make things worse, after delivering a bad beat.. most people Hit N Run, leaving me no way to get my money back from them when their luck runs out.

You min raised to the BB, why would he expect you to have AK when you min raise??
I found one way of winning a poker hand, when you hit, bet.... BET BIG..
obviously depending on situations... but, its better to win a small pot rather than lose a big one..
$2, isnt big though. IMO its like 2 BBs

I min raised because I was UTG. I know that this is not a big pot. I have been loosing much lately with many similar hands and going to lower stakes... wich has changed nothing. Perhaps I need to completely change my style.
This hand it seemed to me that he was on a bluff; and still won the hand out right. I can't figure any hand that he could put me on; to where I would re-raise him all-in on the turn; that he was best. Even J-10s has him dominated.
Well, I am gonna stop playing for a while and just start annalyzing other peoples styles. See what I can improve. The strategies that I have been using don't work at the stakes that I play.

Raise 4x+1BB/Limpers please, 3x+1BB on the button. You have to set yourself up to get value out of your big hands or else it will be difficult to beat the Blinds+Rake.
Postflop, based upon the read that he's bluffing, I like the way you played the hand. You let him bluff off the majority of his stack and put him in a spot he had to call (when considering his loosey loose nuthead mentality).
Note, He is NOT beat by any other Jack, do you see why? (Save for AJ&J7)

You are right, I didn't notice that any other Jack would be a chop pot if that was the hand that he put me on. I will incorporate bigger preflop raises. I was following Ferguson's strategy of:
UTG 2xBB
mid pos 2.5X BB
and Button 3x BB
however, this hasn't been successful for me
