Default frustrating day

ok very frustrating day i think i lost to a 1 percent after the flop, didnt win a race, and donkeys got alot of my money today. I posted a few hands earlier just venting trying to remember the donkeys will give it back to me later. Ugh so frustrating having to move down 2 blind levels because of bad beat after bad beat. Oh well another day another grind. Tomorrow will hopefully change everything

IMO its best to just get off the computer when your having days like those. Ive been there many times and for some reason I just keep battling it out. It never works for me. I get it in when Im good only to lose to some uncanny luck. Do yourself a favor and take a break...

if you have to move down two blinds levels because of one session you were playing the wrong limit to start with. the results of one session should never impact your bankroll such that you should move up or down.

yea i have huge br management problems, for some reason i cant play 1/2 cent or 2/5 cent i play higher and hope not to get sucked out on doesnt work very well but something about winning 25 cents at nl2 doesnt do anything for me. i really wish i had a roll to play higher, or could convince myself to be able to play nl2 anyone else have this problem or a way for me to get over it

Try taking up yoga or meditating, something to work on patience and discipline. Maybe the army? lol

lol funny but seriously like everyone else im in this for money i guess the long term profit and moving up in stakes doesnt appeal to me when im so anxious to move up in stakes. If i have 50 online and i grind nl 2 then have to wait til i get about 200 to move up to nl10 then wait til 500 to move up to nl25 and so on. I feel liek it will take forever. I take my shots at nl50 and usually build up a nice 300-500 then hit a downswing that is due to getting sucked out on and the fact that im still have a few leaks. I end up losing the roll. I know why cause 1 have leaks i need to fix and i go on a run of bad luck. I wish i had the discipline to slowly move up but every time i try it works for a week then im like i only made 15 bucks this week. I dont feel its worth it

So then save up cash and make a bigger deposit to start at a higher stake, or if you can't help yourself and manage to go on another 300-500 big score, just stop and walk away for the day. Come back the next day and feel awesome about being able to start playing higher stakes within your BR.

if you keen enough buyins that having a horrible session doesnt even dint your bankroll then you'll thank yourself and be able to improve and move up.
