After losing my first two games today to decent players, I then went 2-2 against a total moron who was potting almost every street no matter what, and kept hitting with junk hands. I took a break, calmed down... and now this. Bloody four outer calling a check-push on the turn with AK high. On the turn, I was 75% sure I was up against A high and that he read my flop lead as "I have nothing, and I think you have nothing too." Having picked up a flush draw to go with my middle pair, I chose check-raise on the turn to extract value from that kind of situation, take a free card if he wants to let me, and to maximize the chances of making him fold a weak Jack, though given that he called with AK, I guess there was no chance of that.
And the asshole declined the rematch.

Because donks always raise cbets on paired flops and I didn't want to play any guessing games. Also, because donks always bluff the river if the hand gets checked down, unless they have A high, in which case they check/call.
Anyway, I'm feeling better now. I found one uberdonk willing to rematch me over and over... I went like 7-2 against him or something, and in maybe an hour and a half, got back all the money I lost on my bad streak this morning.
Both of the games he won, the critical hand was one where I had top and bottom two pair against his middle pair and we raised back and forth all in on the flop... first time, he hit trips, second time, a better two pair. I think the only time in all our games that the money went in when I was behind, I had TPGK against his bottom two pair on a low board.
A couple of examples of the kind of player this guy was... even if your whole bankroll is only $31.50, I'd suggest playing this guy if you see him waiting for a game (just don't try to bluff him!):

This is all typical for online. I play lots of MTTs and seen all of this plenty. Keep playing good and tell the poker gods to fuck off when this happens.

Oh yeah... one or two in a day is perfectly normal and doesn't bother me. You see a lot more at Heads Up too, since people do have to make loose calls. It isn't always entirely their fault, though these are (bottom pair 8 kicker and no heart on a heart flush board? Come on... this was the second time I saw that guy do it, too! I guess he assumes that flop bets on a flush board are because you don't have a heart and want to take the pot down before another comes out).
Anyway, I'm okay with it now... it was just annoying because there were a LOT yesterday. At least another four less interesting ones that I didn't bother posting. If even a couple of those games had turned out the "right" way, it would have been a +120$ day instead of a break-even one.
However, I know from experience that there will also be days that everything goes right. One day at the 10$ games, I decided I was just going to play a few games in the morning, "until I lose one." Well, I ended up playing all day, since I won 17 straight. Now I just need to do that at $30
