The betting is horrendous.

Yea betting is not to good. You should have been able to take this pot down on the turn. You had to think you were beat when he shoved the river also.

but yeah, your bet sizing needs a lot of work

Looking at it that was pretty stupid and I admit my bet sizing does need help. Advice?
