I always lose to gay draws like this in MTT.

One piece of advice I'd give is not to be 4betting this early on in the MTT with AK. You've stuck 15BB's in and whilst that is fine in a cash game it's too much at this stage of a tournament.

the first step in becoming a successful poker player is understanding your mistake first and not worrying about the others mistakes...

you can control yours and minimize them....if you do this enough times and are successful with it you will be a winning player...

with that being said...you have few options with this hand...

1. raise a lot more than you do preflop...both with initial raise and then the 4 bet...4 bet shove could be good here..
2. shove the flop..with that being siad not much else u can do other than say gg...
