Yeah bad beat sucks.
Looks like I am in a similar NL2 boat, just in an earlier stage. I haven't reached your $100 mark and experienced your good run & bad run. You also played far more hands than me. That good run was really impressive, by the way.
It seems to me that you are a little overaggressive when the board becomes dangerous. It is true that many bad players will keep calling with crap, but sometimes they do get their miracle card.
For example, in your first QQ hand and the last 44 hand, it is better just to check the river (and fold). Cutting down loss when bad luck strikes is also earning you profits.
If you draw a straight line from hand 13k (I suppose that's when you start improving significantly) to 23k, and extrapolate further, you are not so far below your steady income line. So you are not doing really bad at all. Just regroup and don't take the beats very seriously.

Yeah sorry I didn't see the hands clearly.
The first QQ hand I would have folded on Turn knowing he probably has me beat.
The 44 hand -- yeah there is no way you are folding.
BTW. Thinking back at your good run I think it is evident that lady luck was on your side. For example, if you can dodge ten 1:4 bad beats in a row you belong to the top 5% luck. But generally speaking you are still earning a steady profit and you are doing well.
Check out Chris Ferguson's $0 - $10000 run and see how he started it:
http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/getchart2.php?num=0
He managed to come back and climbed to $10000. So don't worry about your bad run too much. One day when you look back they are just a small vibration on your huge profit line.
I have the same problem, too. When I have a bad run I become too aggressive and don't want to let go a good hand (but may be beaten given the resistance I am facing). That's probably something we all can improve on.
