im not sure how many ppl dont go broke, i could of played the kj hand differently maybe shove on the turn.... but monkey boy still calls i think

First hand, if you'd reraised preflop he woulda prolly come over the top and you might've gotten away from it. I wouldn't have probably, but it would have made it possible.
Second, unlucky, donk sucks out.

I think the first one is pretty standard except for the fact that he didnt reraise pf, second one is the ghey.

(2) I find it easier to scare away the flush drawers if I just bet the pot on flop (they call). If the Turn isn't the 3rd suited card, I push. Somehow weak players have the conception of "drawing the last card is 50:50 for Turn + River", so they love to call. However, even an idiot knows it is less than 1/4 (well idiots probably think it is 1/4) to draw the last card. So they will usually fold.
And when they call, your chance of bad beat has reduced more than 50%. Neat!
Plus if they get lucky on Turn, you don't lose as much.
