Firstly, a big hello to everyone
I've been reading this forum on and off for a while, and just had a bad beat that made me decide to finally post, so that you can all laugh at me for a change, instead of the other way around! (Kidding, I rarely laugh at others, I know how frustrating this is, lol).
So I'm playing at my favourite poker room, down to my last few sheckles, and decide instead of playing for fun, and having to credit more money, I'd play a SnG, and play my serious poker, tiny entry fee, with a 10x entry reward, very nice. I make it to the final 4, and who's sitting at the table with me, but a fish I had at my first table, who all in'd with J2o, and somehow got lucky with it.
I'm sitting there with 1.5x the average stack or so, I get dealt kc2c, not something I'd normally call with on my tight game, but I do, since I have some spare chips. Flop comes up rag rag K, just me and fisho in the pot. He calls all in, "Oh joy! He hit one of his rags", I call him, and we turn over, sure enough he has a 7, one of the flop cards, played with something like a 2.
Turn comes, I'm still ahead with my kings, wonderful, river comes, and yep, you guessed it, fisho has done it again, I'm out of the tournament to trip 7's.
If I figure out the hand converter any time soon, I'll post it for your comedy pleasure
I know they're only small limits, but I'm competitive even playing for matchsticks, now I'm fuming, lol.
Good luck at the tables to all, hope I'm not posting again any time soon in this section!
Tiltmeister.

Didn't think I'd be back this quick, two more tournaments, all-in both times, nut flush beaten by full house, both instances... time for bed perhaps.
PS - Rigged!

If you played K2, you got exactly what you deserved.
If you played a hand because "you had some spare chips" you got exactly what you deserved.
There are no such things as spare chips.

there is something your missing here people. kc2c is a good hand to play 4 handed in low stakes tourney against what he describes as a fish. and when u hit the flop with top pair get in their and bet. i mean if u fold every time in this situation ur fish with j2 offsuit is gonna take chips from u everytime! i'd have done exactly what you did. cos at the end of the day the most aggressive players will win shorthanded games and in this situation ur fish was exactly that. i admit u were suppose to fold without a good read. but u called him with ur read and it was good play. u were favourite u got bad beated but the play was fine, on the condition your read is as good as you say it is!
