I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Epic, what I am going to say may sound mean but its not trust me. So far as you are posting hands you seem to need a bit of work in your poker playing. What books have you read? How long have you played? What is your BR at? What level of SNG or cash games do you play? Giving us this information will enable us to help you refine your game in more ways than one. Just to let you know I was a terrible player when I first joined this forum, and it has since helped me improve at least 20 fold. So I hope you dont take this the wrong way okay? We all want to see your game improve as much as our own. I dont want you to think I am picking on you at all, I just feel I am being honest with you.

BR = bankroll, ie. how much money you have.

BR is for bankroll as in how much money do you have in your site account that you are using to play with?
Also what level of SNG are you playing mostly?
What level of cash game (when you play) are you playing?
I wouldnt mind chatting with you sometime about some very good books that virtually turned my whole game around and made me a winning player.
Thanks for not getting hurt feelings epic.

Just posts lots and lots of hand histories in the strategy section. Because you are a "newer" player I'll go more in-depth in hand analysis for the SNG hands you post.
