I think taking a break is the best answer. I have said in the past that breaks really are pointless.. but something like this is definitely something that I could take advantage of (and you too!). I love poker and I can't bear to part with it.. but I need this break. I'm so stressed. It's totally affecting my game.

Lack of an adult figure head (most likely both parents working) and substituted by TV makes for a generation of people that lack the "skill" to deal with others in diplomatic and more constructive ways.
