Default At war with the Rats ( blog)

ive decided to take the time to share with you all one of the worst plays i have ever witnessed in a real life poker game.

top 16 players blinds are 100-200 im in the cut off with about 3200 average stack would be around 3k ( not a big tourny but a tourny none the less and you would expect the level of play to be vastly better then in a tourny). anyways i wake up with a monsterous queen 4 offsuit and decide to raise it to do some blind stealing i raise to about 600.

the button calls
sb and bb both fold

making 1500 in the pot..

flop comes queen 7 2 rainbow. im thinking im pretty good here only thing i can really be scared of is maybe a hand like KQ QJ Q 10. he may have flopped a set but i was going to try and not even see another card with my weak kicker. so i bet about the pot.. 1200 leaving me with 1400 so if this guy was a decent player he woulda analysed the situation and said to himself.. "wow this dude is committing half his stack. unless i have a big hand i should fold" sadly he chose the idiots route and said.. " wow thats more money in the pot for me ill call him" turn comes out an 8 im thinking " he called raise and bet on flop theres NO str8 or flush draws he has to have some part of this board".. im thinking a higer queen. maybe slow playing kk or aa or flopped a set. i put him on like queen jack queen king.

river comes 9 so board reads q 7 6 8 9 i check pretty sure im beat and he goes to put me all in.. but then he checks it i show him my queens

he then shows me his 5 jack offsuit.

his mate then proceeds to come over to me and claim it was karma for the " sick beat " i put on him earlier in the night where i raised with jack 8 offsuit ( lol i was clearly playing a loose game that nite) and hit the nut straight on the turn and he hitting the sucker straight on the river.. after calling my raise with 10 high.. i made the bad play by raising apparently.

next hand it goes raise re raise and this sucker calls flop comes 226 rainbow.. action goes all in all in and the sucker called

first all in flips a set of 2s ( bb) 2nd flips ace 6 offsuit ( early limper) idiot flips ace jack of diomands ( idiot) there was the 6 of diomands on board.. turn and river both hit diomand.. so thats 2 hands in a row he hit runner runner.

i played him again last night and busted his arse.. he called my raise with q 2 offsuit after i raised from the bb and he was utg. took it down with a pair of queens next hand he raised i called with 35 and got my revenge when flop came 33 10. and he called my all in with king high lol

his other mate busted me by calling my all in with 3 5 of spade however and hitting a gutshot on the river to suck out on my 2 pair. hmmm

THE WAR ISNT OVER YET SUCKAS!!

leginn

ill keep everyone posted on how my progress is going with these guys i hope your all in my corner lol..

Fold Q4o pre flop.

There's no value in trying to steal the blinds with utter shit when you have super donks that can't let any hand go.

Wait for bigger hands and you'll crush these players.

The following quote from your post doesn't make any sense:
"( not a big tourny but a tourny none the less and you would expect the level of play to be vastly better then in a tourny)"
