Default What's the odds of this happening?

So I'm sitting in this loose-ass table on stars, trying to rebuild my bankroll, lol...
Everyones raising like crazy, with shit cards, and I'm card dead. I have $3.00 left.
KK is dealt to me. A raise and a call in front of me. I grin as I push all my money into the pot.
Finally, I thought everything was in my favor... Until:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

BB ($7.50)
UTG ($0.70)
MP ($10.40)
CO ($34.40)
Hero ($3.10)
SB ($5.05)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, K.
UTG raises to $0.3, 1 fold, CO calls $0.30, Hero raises to $3.1, SB calls $3.05, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.40 (All-In), CO calls $2.80.

Flop: ($10.10) 8, 2, Q (4 players, 1 all-in)
SB checks, CO bets $0.5, SB calls $0.50.

Turn: ($11.10) 4 (4 players, 1 all-in)
SB checks, CO bets $0.7, SB calls $0.70.

River: ($12.50) 9 (4 players, 1 all-in)
SB checks, CO bets $7.4, SB calls $0.75 (All-In).

Final Pot: $20.65

Result:
Seat 2: UTG showed [Tc Td] and lost with a pair of Tens
Seat 4: CO showed [Ac Ah] and won ($13.35) with a pair of Aces
Seat 5: Hero (button) mucked [Kc Kh]
Seat 6: SB mucked [Js Jd]

Could this be possibly setup, what are the odds of this deal happening?

It's no set up but it's one of those things.

Is it like 45-1 or something? That number rings a bell but could be wrong.

According to Wikipedia the odds of being in a 6 handed game, holding TT and facing multiple larger pocket pairs (i.e. 2 or more) is about 0.3% (300-1)

OK I can't read, lol, I didn't even see the rest of it. I read the kings running into aces, that's why I guessed 45-1.

Fuck me, that is unlikely! But I guess it's got to happen at some point.

It sure is sick.

I also read in a HOH about a hand where a guy had KK all in pre-flop and got called by 3 people holding AQ.
