I sent them 2 differnt bank statements. both of which were not good enough.

Damn, that sucks. I guess you will have to keep trying......

I had similar problems when I tried to get a neteller account. I had to scan
and resend my passport & driver's licence & credit card three times before they finally accepted it. They claimed that they couldnt read the numbers correctly on my CC, even though the picture was huge and the numbers were quite clear. I also had to call Neteller customer service a couple of times (at international rates) to get them to "verify my phone number" and activate my account.
