10 hour drives suck

Is this one of those times where Americans use "beat" to mean tired?

e.g. Wow, i just drove for 10 hours, i'm beat!

Well, yeah it could mean that. but i used it more because im use to the BBV section of 2+2. Beats brags varience.

Having to drive 10 hours would be a beat.

But fortunatally im now in vermont and will be skiing at killington for the next 3 days. To bad i have to get on a bus at 7AM to get to the mountain, and its 1AM right now and im not tired

beat: pacers lost because of shitty officiating
variance: i ate a chicken sandwich at the game


also, i emailed mark cuban afterwards and told him the refs sucked. he emailed me back telling me he was gonna put in a formal complaint. they were freakin HORRIBLE.
